Scope: UX/UI design, responsive layouts, CMS setup, and launch readiness.
Scope: content calendars, posting, engagement, and analytics.
Scope: paid campaigns, optimization, ROAS tracking.
Scope: keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, reporting.
Scope: admin support, scheduling, data entry, project coordination.
Fees are defined in the project proposals or statements of work. Any changes are quoted and approved in writing.
Invoices issued monthly or per milestone. Net 14 days unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
Late payments accrue at 1.5% per month, or the maximum rate allowed by law, whichever is lower.
Ownership and licenses are defined per project. Final deliverables provided upon full payment are owned or licensed as described in the applicable agreement.
We treat all non-public information as confidential and implement reasonable security measures to protect data.
The term of engagement is defined in the signed agreement and may be renewed or terminated in accordance with the agreement terms.
Termination triggers include breach, insolvency, or material failure to perform. Either party may terminate per the agreed notice period.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the applicable services in the six months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
We provide services on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that our services will meet all specific objectives or be uninterrupted or error-free.
